Danube Adventure "Friendship"

The Interior of our “Donauperle”already is packed with the urgent stuff; now the ship is to be loaded with the two bikes. That’s done ad midday – and off we go! We are heading for Passau, where we are about to get some riding gear at the POLO-shop. Miss Evertz (Marketing) confirmed this support, wanted to inform the shop-owner in Passau… – but at our arrival there noone does know anything about it!!

And Miss Evertz is impossible to reach: nor by phone neither by e-mail. The simple result is: we are not supported with these for us so important clothes, we just simply have to buy them!

We are not really amused about this procedure, but nevertheless spend an nice evening with friend on board of the “Donauperle”, having a good farewell!

The Project!

Thomas Kuttruf  made it possible: we can get the KTM Adventure in Mattighofen! There we meet Hubert Baum who checks everything at the bike und explains anything to us. Hendrik gets some KTM-riding gear in additon – just great!

Some things did’nt develope as they should. That’s the reason why we have to move the date of our departure onto the 12th of December. Officially we will depart at 09.00 in the morning nearly in front of the Passa City-Hall, at the so calle “Russenkai”.

The second official start will be at the same day at about 13.00 at the “Haus am Strom” in  Jochenstein. There will be an offcial date with member of the “Donauperlen“.
